Jake Moran

Jake has a vast knowledge of real estate, construction & development, from having nearly 15yrs of experience in the industry. He has a proven passion to put the client first at all times. He's also has a decade of experience in commercial and residential property management. Having experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Jake offers his clients a confidence and peace of mind that only someone with hands-on experience can offer. Jake earned his Six Sigma Green Belt certification earlier in his career, establishing him as not only an industry professional, but also someone who is trained in process improvement and operational efficiencies. Jake has also spent time in operational management of residential communities, as well as working in land development, which gives him a distinct advantage in his vision to see and address potential problems before they become costly to his clients. Jake is a mentor to two upcoming 6th graders, has written four books, and is a community group leader at 12Stone Church with his wife Amber. Jake and Amber have three children (Blake, Chandler, & Walker) have been Hall County residents for almost 15yrs and love the growth they get to be part of in their community.
