Melissa Nettesheim

Originally from Wisconsin, Melissa earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a focus on Advertising and Mass Communication from the University of Wisconsin. She began her journey in real estate after relocating to Metro Atlanta from Orlando. She settled in Gwinnett County where she raised her family and launched her real estate business in 2008, developing a true passion for helping people make smart, confident moves.

What began as a solo effort quickly grew into a thriving, client-focused team, serving buyers and sellers across Metro Atlanta and Central Florida. Now living in Fernandina Beach, Florida, Melissa is expanded her business once again – bringing her trusted experience and personalized service to the Northeast Florida coast. Today her team actively helps buyers and sellers in all three markets.

Melissa takes the trust her clients place in her seriously, knowing that buying or selling a home is often one of life’s biggest financial decisions. Her mission is to exceed expectations at every turn—whether it’s through strategic marketing, skilled negotiation, or simply making sure every detail is handled with care and precision.

Outside of real estate, Melissa enjoys reading, traveling, playing pickleball, practicing yoga, and paddleboarding. She loves exploring everything the Northeast Florida lifestyle has to offer and would be honored to help you do the same.
