Katie Melcher

Katie Melcher has lived in Georgia since she was four, except for two years in Chicago. She comes from a background of 15 years of corporate sales and marketing experience and brings professionalism and negotiation skills to bear when working with her real estate clients.

Katie Melcher attended Columbus State University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. Her education in how to market and real estate finance strengthen her skills as a real estate agent.

After personally buying and selling her sixth home in seven years, she decided to turn her love of real estate into a career. She has earned experience with over 50 real estate transactions and over $15MM in sales. Katie has a unique insight into what it is like for her clients, as she has personally bought and sold eight times and owns two investment properties.

Katie Melcher is married and lives in Gainesville, GA with her husband and two pups. She spends her free time sitting by a fire or going for a boat ride.
