Delesha Hamilton-Eni

Delesha Hamilton is a California native and veteran portfolio manager with over twenty years experience in both single and multi-family housing. She is skilled in analyzing multi-family properties for acquisition and sales. She co-manages a portfolio of residential investment properties and has expertise in construction, staging and interior design. The Hamilton family has specialized in the acquisition, development and management of income producing properties for generations in California and North Carolina. Delesha has chosen to continue her family legacy bi-coastally in California and in Georgia. Delesha is Georgia State University graduate with a degree in Business Management. She has held a real estate license in Georgia since 2004 and is an international Realtor® at Keller Williams Peachtree Road. The National Apartment Association has conferred upon her the credentials of Independent Rental Owner Professional (IROP) and the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations. Delesha Hamilton is a member of the Atlanta Realtors® Association, the Georgia Association of Realtors®, the National Association of Realtors®, the East Bay Rental Housing Association, the California Rental Housing Association, the National Apartment Association and the Georgia State University Alumni Association.
