Experience:
Shelley has been in the real estate industry for 16 Years. She is a Full Time, Solo Agent willing and able to provide the individualized level of service her Clients come to expect. Shelley sets a yearly goal to be a blessing to 35-50 Families every year. Referrals are 85% of her business and her Buyer to Seller ratio are about 50/50. To date, Shelley has served as Realtor for 550+ Listing and Buyer Client. She credits her success to her extensive corporate background as a Sr Marketing Manager in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing for 17 years with MCI Telcom. This experience has uniquely prepared her for the disciple to be an effective real estate professional. She is equipped with the tenacity and expertise needed to carry out the details in transacting business to help Clients buy and sell homes.

Technology:
Real estate is changing daily into a high tech work environment. Clients are at all levels of technology....some are heavy tech Users, while others are low tech. Shelley is able to adapt to either Clients needs no matter what their level. Shelley has completed the e-Pro training course which educates Realtors in a variety of tech styles.

Shelley has sold real estate all over the Atlanta area. Her special interest areas are Probate sales, real estate for Seniors and specialty real estate needs such as "Blended Families".

Awards/Recognition
Rookie of the Year, 1st year in business. Consistently recognized as one of the top 10% of the Agents in the KW office for the past 15 years. She has earned a position on the ALC - Agent Leadership Council. Is a Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtor Lifetime Million Dollar Award and serves as the Business Launch Coach for new Agents. Her Coaching abilities set the foundation for the Market Center's newer Agents. She has a host of RE related designations.

Personal:
Shelley supports two charities, American Heart & Breast Cancer Association, both are near and dear to her heart.. Church life is very important to her and she is a servant Leader in her Church, President of her Choir, serves as a Trustee and on the Board of Bethel Towers Housing Project. Her mantra: live well, love freely and laugh often. She loves traveling to exotic places, reading motivational books, meeting people and planning small, intimate weddings.
