Terrance Mayo

Terrance Mayo, the owner of the Mayo Realty Group, is a Georgia native and has been helping families with their real estate related needs since 2013. After graduating from the University of Georgia, Terrance began a career in golf course management and managed golf courses in several states including Georgia, South Carolina and California. He spent 12 years on the West Coast as a Regional Golf Course Superintendent overseeing the maintenance operations of 11 different golf facilities and has extensive operations and management experience. This experience afforded him the opportunity to collaborate with city governments, private owners and understand the importance of customer service. Terrance works with both buyers and sellers in the Metro Atlanta area and is committed to the highest quality of customer service at every step of the way in the real estate transaction. He is focused on helping them achieve their goals in buying, selling or investing in real estate as efficiently and effectively as possible. His goal is to build lifelong trust and family relationships that grow with each and every client. He currently lives in Decatur with his wife Mallery, and two sons Candler and Parker.
