I am definitely not your average Realtor! With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing and Management plus building 4 homes from start to finish, becoming a real estate agent was completely natural. I can also help you with purchasing homes for rental/investment. In addition to my own home, I personally own over 11 homes that are rental properties. I believe the first step is building strong relationships with each and every client and finding out what excites them about the home buying or selling process. The prices of homes that I have sold range in price between $50K to $1.5 million. My average price point is $300,000. In my business I give equal time and effort to all price point listings.
