Results – I close between 35-50 homes in a 12 month period. I have been a Million Dollar sales agent for the past 12 years. I sale between 8-15 million in a 12 month time frame. The prices of homes that I have sold range in price between $50K to $1.5 million. My average price point is $300,000. In my business I give equal time and effort to all price point listings.
