I've been in your shoes as a homebuyer or seller for my own homes - being a first time homebuyer, selling and buying multiple properties, even being in multiple offer situations (both as a buyer and a seller). I know what both sides of the table look like. I make for my clients what can be a daunting process as painless as possible, by putting my client's interests first.
