The custom vent hood, back-splash and an open display shelf are fabricated from stainless steel. A custom hard rock maple butcher block fits perfectly into a niche. Don’t miss the Walker Zanger glass tile finish on the wall under the kitchen bar.
The eat-in family dining room includes a serving bar that opens to the outside bar, complete with custom maple cabinetry underneath and a bar sink by Bates & Bates. Notice the custom acrylic storage for barware above, the length of the bar! Note the groin vaulted ceiling over the table.
The custom entertainment unit in the family room is itself a work of art, and stays with the home.
The master suite is entered through a gallery with an upholstered window seat, double doors into the bedroom, and includes a tray ceiling. Master bath has custom aqua glass countertops, stainless steel vanities, and the sunken double (GROHE fixtures and size) shower enjoys a secluded exterior garden with exotic tropical palms/plants, Jacuzzi tub by “Pearl� is chosen for medicinal quality whirlpool therapy. Note the perfectly placed and pruned trees full of colorful orchids that provide privacy while allowing the view of the boats and water.
The utility room is an interior room, with upper and lower cabinets, a tumbled marble counter, large extra deep sink, built-in ironing board and desk, and stacking front loading top of the line LG washer and dryer. There are two (zoned) hot water heaters and air-handlers. The exterior of the home has been freshly painted.
Note the unusually large lot, a full 120 ft wide by 112 deep. The windows have either pecky cypress shutters, Bahama hurricane shutters or 3M film for protection; the garage doors are custom designed. The side gardens have been lovingly planted with rare specimen palms.
There is even room for a perfect spacious guest house, which has already been designed, and the plans are ready for permit – a $15,000 value. The guest house, when built, would provide a master bedroom on the upper floor with a living area and kitchen below, opening to the pool and with easy, weather-proof access to the main house.
