Hello! I’m Wes Page and I appreciate your interest in my profile! Buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions a person can make. There are so many details to consider: location, what you like vs. what you absolutely must have, price…and did I mention location?

As you consider these important decisions, I want you to know that there is someone out there who has been in your shoes and understands the importance of those decisions, the stress which comes along with those decisions, the need for a quick response time and of course, excellent customer service. That person is me, Wes Page, and I wanted you to know a little more about me as we begin this journey together.

Originally licensed in 2006 in the states of GA and TN, I worked hard to provide excellent customer service and availability to those customers and clients which I assisted. Outside of the real estate community, I had other careers in banking, insurance and ultimately spent 16 years working with home health care and hospice, focusing on business development and customer service. My professional experience along with my education (B.S. Organizational Management along with my MBA) has prepared me to be your Realtor of choice today!

As mentioned above, I spent 16 years working in the home health and hospice industries. Most of that time was spent working with Senior Adults and their adult children. I am continuing that focus in real estate as well. I have additional training and a special designation from the National Association of Realtors as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® This additional training combined with my previous experience allows me to guide Senior Adults and their adult children through issues which impact seniors including the need to downsize, move into a Senior Living Facility (SLF) or move-in with their adult children.

My personal experiences with real estate have also helped me to gain insight into several options of home ownership. I have personally experienced the joys and pains that sometimes come along with owning rental property. I have purchased homes throughout Metro Atlanta including a high-rise condo in the heart of Midtown, a townhouse in the Toco Hills area and single-family home near the Oak Grove area. There are pros and cons to each of those home types and locations and I’m ready to share my personal experiences with you and serve as your guide throughout this process.
