Susan Devaney

Susan Devaney is the founder and CEO of The Mavins Group, a real estate and move management company serving the New Jersey/New York metropolitan area. Susan began the company in 2007 with the aim of helping families navigate through changes often associated with age and lifestyle transitions. She and her team understand the physical and emotional demands of beginning a new stage in life and can plan a transition based on each client’s individual needs. They provide a full array of services to streamline the moving process from start to finish, including buying and selling homes, staging, planning, downsizing, decluttering, organizing, and aging-in-place. Susan is a Gold recipient (2017-2019) for NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Awards, 2012–2019.
