About Me
Richard S Miller Moved to South Florida in 2001. First to Key Largo for 13 years then to South Florida.
While is the U.S. Army I took a 30 day leave and visited my younger brother in Key West in 1980 and fell in love with the warm ocean waters and the climate. Later, in 1984, after leaving the service, I spent a year in Key West working with my brother in construction.
Then in 1985 I returned to my home town, Grass Valley, California. In California from 1985 to 1997 I worked mainly in construction. Received an AA degree in Residential Construction during that time in California.
2001 I returned with my new wife to Key Largo.
My wife received her Real Estate License April 2019 and watched her and February 2021 decided to get my license too and actually work with her.
With my new career in Real Estate I bring a unique perspective with my background in residential construction.
I have always had an interest in Real Estate and have some friends doing it. I enjoy interacting with people. When my wife gave the young couple that she had her first sale with, the keys to their new home, I loved the seeing the happiness on their faces.
I was born in Youngstown, Ohio but moved to Southern California at the age of 4. Later we moved to Grass Valley in Northern California. Graduated High School in 1967, attended 3 semesters at Sierra Community College, then in 1969 enlisted in the U.S. Army. Became a marine engineer on U.S. Army Vessels (part of the supply system). Spent 2 years in Viet Nam, Saigon port as a radio operator for Harbor Master. Did 2 tours in Panama and several years in Virginia and Maryland. Finally got out in 1984 as a Sergeant First Class E-7.
Tulay and her sister, Tulin, ran their own successful travel agency for about 25, then got her Real Estate Associate license. She has vast experience working with clients,
Her first year at Keller Williams East Boca Raton, she was awarded "Rookie of the Year".
A Real Estate Agent should be close to you, like a friend, like an old friend who knows your likes and dislikes and preferences. She should be bright to understand your needs. She should be a researcher, Phychologist and much more. Knowing how overwhelming it can be to find the right home for yourself and your loved ones, Tulay is just the right person for "FINDING A HOME FOR YOUR HEART".
