Kara is a dynamic and dedicated real estate professional, committed to serving her clients and making a positive impact on her community. With a strong background in leadership and a passion for helping others, she brings a unique perspective to the world of real estate.
Kara’s dedication to service shines through her work with veterans and community organizations. She serves as President of VFW Post 612 Auxiliary and Secretary/Treasurer of the Fergus Falls Veterans Council, where she advocates for veterans and their families. She also serves on the Fergus Falls Area Habitat for Humanity PR Board, helping to build homes and strengthen communities.
Her commitment to giving back extends to her professional life. Each year she participates in Keller Williams’ RED Day, supporting local food shelves and community causes. Kara is also a founding member of Fergus Area Pride, helping bring visibility and support to the LGBTQ+ community.
In her career with Keller Williams, Kara has worn many hats. She began as Director of First Impressions, moved into Technology Ambassador, and later became Director of Agent Services. In 2020, she was invited to serve as a KW LABS Advisor, collaborating with industry leaders to shape the future of real estate technology and agent support. These roles strengthened her skills in client service, marketing, and innovation—all of which she now brings directly to her buyers and sellers.
When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Kara enjoys pursuing her creative side through her business, Kara Nosal Arts and Photography. Having photographed, filmed, and created drone work for hundreds of homes, she brings an elevated marketing edge to every listing—ensuring properties stand out in today’s competitive market.
