With more than 16 years experience and more than $450M in sales, Jess Merida is the professional to work with all your real estate needs: home buying, selling, investing and renting. Jess started her professional career working as a management consultant for Cap Gemini (formerly Ernst & Young LLP) in Manhattan. She quickly gained experience working with Fortune 100 companies and understood what makes these types of companies and clients successful. Upon moving to SE Florida, she transferred this knowledge to work for a local developer, Wood Partners, as a Development Manager. Managing all aspects of the real estate life cycle from land acquisition to build out and finally to sales, Jess realized the most important aspect of the business, along with market knowledge and industry expertise, is customer satisfaction. Being customer centric is the key to exceeding all expectations. Jess is very active in the community. She sits on the Professional Standard Committee for the Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches, member of Keller Williams Luxury International (an invite only group for top performing Realtors), sponsors local school, and helps supports other local businesses.
