Alexander Knox

As a New Jersey native, and a seasoned real estate professional in various capacities, I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me and I strive every day to exceed their expectations.

Prior to entering real estate sales, I worked as an Environmental Consultant providing environmental inspections, remediation plans, and remediation oversight for both residential and large corporate clients in mold, asbestos, indoor air quality and lead projects. Since 2006, I have actively invested in distressed properties to renovate and either hold or sell.

These experiences allow me to help both selling clients prepare their homes to get the most money and buying clients visualize the highest potential of every property, while avoiding possible environmental pitfalls.

I work with all individuals and investors interested in buying or selling North Jersey properties, with a particular focus on Northwest Bergen and Passaic Counties. I am always on the hunt for great opportunities to buy low for my buying clients, and exploring every avenue to sell high for my selling clients.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy playing and teaching clarinet and saxophone. I earned a Bachelors from Montclair State University and Masters from Stony Brook University.
