Originally from Nashville, Zac moved to Chattanooga in 2010 to attend the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. While at UTC, he became a Founding Member of Kappa Alpha Order, demonstrating early leadership, teamwork, and a commitment to community building. Before starting his real estate career, Zac worked as an inspector with Northwest Exterminating. That experience gave him valuable insight into home construction, structural integrity, and potential red flags—knowledge that gives his clients a distinct advantage when navigating inspections and negotiations.

As a licensed Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty, Zac stays up to date on market trends, pricing strategies, and the latest real estate tools to ensure his clients are always informed and prepared. Outside of real estate, Zac enjoys spending time with his wife, Sara, and their two children, Baylor Jane and James. You’ll often find them out at Chester Frost Park, taking daddy-daughter adventures, or enjoying family time in the great outdoors. Zac is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, camping, hunting, paddle boarding, kayaking, and cooking. Whether it’s grilling with friends or exploring a new trail, he’s always up for an adventure.
