Tracey Scholen

Tracey has been in the real estate industry for the past 20 years. Desiring to give back to the community, Tracey created, and now leads, the HĀVN Group - a real estate team who gives 5% of all profits to organizations who help foster children find safe homes with supported foster families. Tracey grew up in a real-estate family. She remembers helping her mom put listing signs in yards and getting paid 10 cents for each prospecting letter she mailed out for her dad's real estate investment company. Later in life, Tracey and her husband, Jeff, began flipping homes and buying rental properties. You can say real estate is in her bones. It was only natural for her to begin helping others to buy and sell homes.

Buying or selling a home is a huge investment and Tracey knows how exciting, yet overwhelming, it can be. She puts her clients' needs first and loves to sacrifice her own time to serve them. The best part of her job is developing friendships with her many clients and the gratitude they express throughout the process.

When Tracey isn't selling real estate, you can find her chauffeuring her 3 girls around town, serving at her church, swinging a tennis racket, or just enjoying some downtime with her husband.
