Born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky, Sheridan’s passion for the Bluegrass runs deep. A proud Henry Clay High School graduate and holder of a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Kentucky University, he combines formal education with hands-on training to excel in full-time real estate.

Inspired early on by his architect father, Sheridan developed a keen eye for residential design. This passion, coupled with his expertise in sales and marketing, launched his real estate career in 2015. His diverse background—from new construction sales to guiding both sellers and buyers through life-changing transactions—led him to form The Catalyst Group alongside his business partner, Dustin Warren.

Today, The Catalyst Group stands as a thriving enterprise with 10 dedicated agents and 2 full-time client success managers. With the recent addition of The Catalyst Auctions Group—partnering with a top auctioneer from Western KY—the team has expanded its offerings to bring highly efficient auction services to the Central KY area. Collectively, the group has successfully sold over 450 homes, amassing more than $125M in lifetime sales. Sheridan’s commitment to excellence and innovation positions his team as one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing in Central Kentucky, with ambitions to become the region’s top real estate team.

Beyond his professional achievements, Sheridan is deeply rooted in community service. He actively supports local events through Keller Williams and serves as an Executive Board Member for The Shepherd's House Inc. Together with his wife, Sydney, he has also pioneered men’s and women’s sober living residences across Central KY to combat the opioid and addiction crisis.

Family is at the heart of Sheridan’s life. He cherishes time spent with his wife, Sydney, daughter, Palmer, son, Talon, and their golden retriever, Mack. With another bundle of joy on the way—a little girl named Carter—Sheridan’s commitment to his family mirrors his dedication to serving his community and clients. An avid UK fan, he enjoys cheering on the Cats, hunting, and playing golf in his downtime.
