About Me
Buying and selling your home is a deeply personal experience and a big financial decision. As a homeowner and investor since 2002 with properties in Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Manhattan, and Puerto Vallarta, I have been in your shoes many times over. I am fascinated with homes and how we uniquely identify with our homes and I will provide you that personal level of understanding and service.
Aside from my many years as an owner and investor, I bring other unique professional experiences that can provide the difference of being a real estate agent to being “Your Personal Real Estate Advisor.” I am a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, Juris Doctorate and Fordham University, BA Sociology, Magna Cum Laude. I began my career as a real estate paralegal at a prominent law firm that represented a large international investment bank. Since then, my career took a turn and focused on education research and policy. I am co-author of six monographs about higher education based on data gathered from national surveys.
You may be wondering how this translates to helping you buy or sell your home. Although I can’t give you legal advice since retiring from the Bar Association, I can still help you navigate all the contracts and explain what they mean in plain English. You will also have well-written marketing materials and someone with excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills. Last but not least, I will provide you with the best advice based on current market data to support your decision to buy or sell.
