The Pringle Team was started in 1995 when Ryan Pringle joined his mom, Carol in the family business of selling real estate. Since 2013 The Pringle Team has been run by Ryan Pringle.

With over 24 years of experience, a degree in real estate from Cal State Northridge and personal experience buying, flipping and renting real estate you would be hard pressed to find someone that is more knowledgeable in all things real estate than Ryan. Not only that but he truly loves this business and getting to help people with what is undoubtedly their most important purchase or sale.

Ryan has intentionally kept the team small in number of people while still growing the sales volume and number of units sold. Ryan still works directly with all of our clients for a majority of the transaction. The rest of the team consist of Tracy Branden, our buyer specialist and Bridget James, our Transaction Coordinator. Keeping the team small allows us to provide a higher level of service to our clients and ensures that every client can speak directly to Ryan without having to go through call cues or layers of assistance.
