Pheloundashea Copeland

Pheloundashea Copeland is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and relocated to Atlanta, GA in 1995 and has enjoyed southern living for over 20 years. She is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where she received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Race & Ethnic Cultures. She is a very proud founding member and former president of TIFU Cultural Ensemble, a full-scale fine arts collegiate organization on the campus of UW-W. Pheloundashea comes from a 20 year background in Information Technology, Telecom Engineering and Project Management. Given her background, Pheloundashea is very methodically and process driven. Her real estate clients appreciate and benefit from this skill set due to her being knowledgeable in so many areas of life and industry. Pheloundashea takes advantage of many other segments associated with real estate such as wholesaling and surplus recovery. Integrity is the single most important characteristic that she uses to guide her in all business transactions. Customer service is a tool she uses to make sure her clients are empowered and fully engaged during the real estate transaction. Her clients are very well educated as the contract is progressing. Pheloundashea joined the real estate industry at the encouragement of friends who believed she would be very successful and knew she could leverage her organizational skills and center of influence. She is a lover of coffee, cooking, traveling and writing. She is a gifted teacher and at any given moment you may find her facilitating a small group study or leading a workshop designed to uplift and empower.
