Though seemingly a simple idea, Penny believes that the art of finding the right house for the client is not always that easy. It requires intuition and understanding, qualities that Penny possesses. When she finds that prize property Penny is committed to negotiating the best price and terms for her clients. Born in Houston and happily married to her best friend and soul mate for over 36 years. Penny is the proud mom of three great kids and 12 grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys reading, golf, skiing, football, soccer, baseball, and fishing.
