My Story
My name is Penny Chang. I was born in Taiwan and became an overseas student when I was 14 years old. Although my parents were not around during those years, I was fortunate to grow up in a loving environment at church. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, I worked at a law firm, a tutoring center and Stream of Praise Music Ministries – a nonprofit Christian organization. I love children, and my heart especially goes out to those who are broken hearted. I am sincere, detailed, patient and I value integrity.

I am fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, and I can communicate in Taiwanese and Cantonese. Knowing Asian culture and its unique characteristics, I understand the needs of new immigrants. Not only will I help you acquire your dream home, I can also assist in helping you and your family quickly settle down.
I have over a decade of international sales and customer service experience. I am also experienced in property management and know trustworthy contractors and staging companies. With all the resources I have, I can quickly sell your house at the best price.
My Business Philosophy
Whether buying or selling a house, it is one of the most important decisions in life. There are numerous lengthy contracts and tedious disclosures to read and sign. If you need help understanding documents, I will go over them one by one with you. I will make sure the details of the transaction are clear and that you have confidence in every signed document. When I purchased my first house, there were so many things I didn’t understand. Fortunately, my agent was someone I could totally trust. She stood in my shoes, and I was able to have peace of mind throughout the process. I understand the importance of trust, and I’m determined to be a trustworthy agent for each of my clients.
In My Spare Time
I love to sing and swim in my spare time. My husband Jeffrey and I like taking our son Abraham out to enjoy nature. This includes picking fruit throughout the year. We also enjoy a good snowball fight and visit the zoo to be amazed by God’s creation. On Sundays, my family and I go to church.
