Neal Royal is launching a new phase in his real estate career from a solid platform of experience as a real estate investor. His unique skill set combined with a natural ability to coach and guide clients through complex scenarios makes him an ideal advisor in even the most uncertain market conditions.

A lifelong learner on an unending quest to continually improve both personally and professionally, Neal is an avid reader and podcast consumer. Neal holds a Bachelors in Communications from Valdosta State University and a Masters from Southeastern Seminary. And it was during graduate school that a podcast on building financial independence spurred his desire to start investing in real estate. Now, with multiple properties and transactions to his credit, Neal aims to inspire others to build wealth through real estate investing. As a REALTOR, he aspires to make home ownership and investing less intimidating for more people. By educating his community and his clients, he hopes to dispel the myth that real estate is just for the wealthy, and make home ownership more achievable for anyone who aspires to it.
In addition to his success in real estate, Neal has become known by many as “Coach Neal,” an avid rock climber who helped bring rock climbing to the community as a youth climbing coach in Atlanta. Helping young athletes achieve the seemingly impossible gave Neal the inspiration to help others achieve success in real estate as well. He believes that nothing is impossible with the right knowledge and guidance, a mantra he emphasizes to clients who find themselves uncertain about their ability to own a home or become an investor.

Neal’s clients will benefit from his instinctive ability to break down complex processes and inspire confidence through genuine connection and understanding. His experience speaks to his ability to overcome big challenges and achieve what seems impossible to many.
In addition to investment properties around the city, Neal, who was born and raised in Atlanta, currently owns a home in town with his wife. As members of Resonate Church in Belvedere Park, they have plans to be involved with the children’s ministry as well as other volunteer organizations in and around the city aimed at supporting affordable and accessible housing growth.
