Nathan Nakada

Nathan is an Atlanta native, born and raised in the Atlanta Metro. Growing up in Dunwoody, he spent his early years with friends at Lake Oconee, playing golf and traveling with his baseball team to parks all over Georgia. Those years included repeated missions to 'el Ciudad de Angeles' in Mexico and the Atlanta Community Food Bank, fostering a sense of genuine commitment and caring for people. He later enrolled at University of Alabama, headed for a career in engineering, while working over the summer as an assistant to one of Atlanta’s top-producing real estate teams. His years learning the ins-and-outs of back-office real estate operations, how to effectively communicate with clients, and ways to determine and achieve the goals of a client resulted in new career aspirations, and he shifted his focus from engineering to pursue and achieve his Real Estate license. Choosing Brookhaven for his first personal home, Nathan has remained there since, serving clients throughout the Atlanta metro and cheering on the Braves in his spare time.

Nathan’s hallmark is that of the consummate team player. From baseball teams, to mission teams, to real estate teams, he has learned to work effectively with others, driving toward a shared goal with accountability for his actions. His easy-going demeanor puts his teammates and clients at ease while not minimizing his passion for building strong relationships and delivering results.
