Maria Topczij

Originally from New Jersey, Maria enlisted in the Air Force right out of high school and had the opportunity to live in England, Maine, Mississippi, Georgia, California, Mexico, Alaska and China. After serving 11 years in the Air Force and traveling the world, her path has brought her full circle back to NJ and to real estate.
Her interest in real estate started when a friend suggested that she’d be good at it because of her experiences and enjoyment of working with people. Now a licensed NJ REALTOR with Keller Williams Prosperity Realty in Wayne, Maria believes her friend was correct. Her AF and life training in leadership, program management, coupled with her undergraduate degree in Biology, has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating home-buyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings. Most of all, Maria gets to use her passion for teamwork and commitment to excellence to help make her client’s dreams of home ownership a reality.
She enjoys hiking, reading and traveling. Maria volunteers regularly at her local church; and travels on short-term trips to serve those in great need in other countries. Her passions are to see hearts transformed and be a hero for the children.
