Mandy Nichols

Born and raised in the Atlanta area, Mandy has seen the city transform into the incredible place it is today. With over 15 years in the multifamily industry, Mandy has neighborhood expertise with experience in sales, negotiation and project management and takes that knowledge and passion to the single-family side of real estate to help her clients achieve home ownership. Customer service is the heart of her character, taking care of her clients’ needs and foreseeing what they’ll need as they navigate the home buying/selling process.
In her free time, Mandy enjoys traveling, playing tennis, hiking, spending time with family and friends.
