Mandy Gregory

Mandy Gregory was born and raised in Guymon, OK, and moved to Canyon, TX in 2003 to attend West Texas A&M University, where she earned her MFA in Art. With more than 20 years of experience as a business owner, Mandy has developed strong skills in leadership, client service, and negotiation that she now applies to her career in real estate.

Her background in art provides her with a unique perspective on property presentation and marketing strategies, allowing her to help clients position their homes competitively in the market and identify opportunities when purchasing. Dedicated, detail-oriented, and client-focused, Mandy is committed to guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process with professionalism and integrity. She works with first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, and families looking to find their perfect home.
Mandy lives in Amarillo, TX with her husband and three children. In addition to her real estate career, she is active in the local arts community and operates a studio at Arts in the Sunset, where she creates and sells handmade pottery and soap.
