Liz Carr knows this city like only a local can. She grew up in Dunwoody and graduated from North Springs High School. After graduating from Miami University in Ohio, Liz returned to Atlanta to live, raise a family and make her home. After a career in Broadcast Management (WAGA-TV, The Travel Channel, Turner Broadcasting), Liz has returned to her family roots in Real Estate, and she loves helping clients through the home purchasing and selling process.

Not only should a Realtor have an in-depth knowledge of the city they’re working in, but they should also possess an in-depth understanding of market trends. Liz hits both of those qualifications head on. After six years of market trend analysis experience at ChartMaster Services, LLC, she understands how to interpret and utilize market stats in the best ways, and as a result, she can position her clients to their best advantage, whether buying or selling.

Liz is a consultant rather than a salesperson. She assists her clients in achieving their goals, not hers. She listens closely to a client’s wants and needs, understanding that their happiness is her top priority, and she invests herself in every transaction.
When she isn’t making clients’ dreams come true, Liz participates with family in the Southeastern Brain Tumor Foundation Race for Research, travels and wrangles the family dog.
