Kimberly Howell is the leader of one of the top real estate teams in the city of San Antonio and in the state of Texas.

For 20 years, Kim ran her own company, Kimberly Howell Properties, culminating in them reaching the Top 10 Real Estate Brokerages in San Antonio (San Antonio Business Journal). Not bad for an independent boutique brokerage! In 2025, Kimberly made the decision to join forces with Keller Williams Legacy, merging the two offices and returning her to her roots. Her team even moved into her old office at Keller Williams Legacy!

Over the past twenty-five years, she has focused on representing sellers and buyers of Luxury Homes in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. Her typical clients include Corporate Professionals, Professional Athletes; Philanthropists & Entrepreneurs.

Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Business Association (BBA) from the University of Texas, San Antonio in Accounting & Business Data Systems. She is a Small Business Owner, a Licensed REALTOR®, a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP); and an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist.

Continually recognized for outstanding achievement in the Real Estate Industry, Kimberly is the recipient of the San Antonio Business Journal Top 5 Real Estate Teams in San Antonio: #4 ranking for 2013 sales; Top 10 ranking over the past 10 years – earning $25+ Million in production annually (and over $57 million for the team in 2018). Selected as the Platinum Top 50 Manager of the Year in 2011.
She was also selected as the Top Keller Williams Agent in San Antonio in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 before starting her own business. Additional accolades include earning the coveted Texas Monthly Super Star Agent for 2007 along with being a Platinum Top 50 Award recipient the past 10+ consecutive years (now a Centurion Award Winner).
