As the saying goes, Kim wasn’t born in Texas, but she got here as fast as she could. A Texan at heart, Kim grew up in Ohio and, after graduating from Carnegie Mellon University, made her way south to Austin. Her career path took her through Trilogy Software, Pentagram Design, and ultimately to Vice President of Marketing for a real estate and automotive technology company. This diverse background gave Kim a strong foundation in business, negotiation, and marketing—skills that propelled her to become a top-producing real estate professional with Keller Williams Realty.

Kim holds her Broker’s license and has built a reputation for delivering expert guidance, strategic marketing, and exceptional service. With more than 15 years of experience in the Austin market, she specializes in helping clients navigate the buying, selling, and investing process with confidence. She is especially known for her expertise in Northwest Austin’s 78750, 78726, 78759, 78731, and 78727 zip codes—neighborhoods zoned to Westwood High School, Canyon Vista Middle School, and Grisham Middle School in Round Rock ISD, as well as Anderson High School and Murchison Middle School in Austin ISD. She and her husband own their homestead in Austin, a rental property in Northwest Austin, and a short-term rental on Lake LBJ in Marble Falls, Texas. This hands-on investment experience gives her unique insight into both traditional rental and vacation property markets, allowing her to better guide clients seeking to grow their own real estate portfolios.

Beyond real estate, Kim is passionate about giving back to her community. She actively supports We Are Blood, the Central Texas Food Bank, and the Balcones Country Club Women’s Association Scholarship Fund, championing causes that directly impact Austin families and future generations.

Kim and her husband Chris have called Austin home since the late 1990s, with a brief four-year detour in Seattle before returning in 2008. Today, they live in the Spicewood at Bullcreek neighborhood with their daughter and beloved Goldendoodle, where they are active members of the Balcones Country Club. When she isn’t working with clients, Kim enjoys baking, traveling, and spending quality time with family and friends.
