Karla Cobb

I have been licensed since Feb, 1993 and a Georgia resident since 1974. As a Kennesaw State University graduate (1992), and a former owner of two successful small businesses in the past, I used my business background to enhance the marketing strategy with selling real estate. I specialize in both residential and commercial real estate sales in the North Atlanta, and the North Georgia area (11 counties). I also enjoy helping my clients with building new homes, assisting throughout the new home construction process, and land sales. During my real estate career I was an on site sales agent for 8 new home communities in Cherokee and Cobb counties. I have owned and showed horses for most of my life, and love helping my equestrian friends find the perfect horse farm of their dreams! The counties I enjoy working in the most include - Cherokee, Cobb, North Fulton, Forsyth, Dawson, Lumpkin, Pickens, Gilmer, Fannin, Gordon, Bartow, and Paulding.
