Karl was born and raised in Palo Alto, California. He attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where he met his wife Amy of 28 years who is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a focus on geriatrics and hospice in the community. They have lived in Thousand Oaks since 2001. Conejo Valley has excellent schools where both their children attended Aspen Elementary School, Redwood Middle School, and Thousand Oaks High School. Their son now attends UC Berkeley and their daughter attends Law School in San Diego. Karl spent time coaching youth football instilling strong character, discipline, and leadership qualities. He enjoys cycling the roads of southern California and walking his two dogs around CLU and Wildwood Park. Having owned and operated three restaurants Karl's entrepreneurial spirit for over 20 years lends itself to detailed contract negotiation, professional service and helping others. Joining the Keller Williams Team in Westlake Village provides the experience and knowledge his clients expect and deserve.
