Johnathon Kendrick

Johnathon Kendrick, founder and CEO of Kendrbach Commercial Real Estate, has been an active commercial real estate advisor for over 15 years.

Kendrbach Commercial is a commercial real estate sales and advisory group headquartered in Atlanta in affiliation with KW Commercial. The group was founded to provide a team of advisors known for honesty and integrity and welcome the opportunity to work with buyers and property owners. The group’s services include disposition, acquisition, and consulting services with licenses in Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina, and additional affiliated licenses throughout the country. To add additional value and efficiency for clients, the group advisors focus on specific sectors and services in the multifamily, manufactured housing, RV parks and resorts, student housing, self-storage, office, retail, industrial, land, and hospitality sectors.

Mr. Kendrick is from East Tennessee where he graduated from the University of Tennessee. He and his wife live with their son and two dogs in Brookhaven, Georgia. They enjoy spending time traveling and exploring the outdoors and welcome any opportunity for time at the lake or beach.
