Janna Maresco

Janna Maresco moved to Cumming, GA in 1991 a few years after receiving her Bachelors degree in Marketing from Georgia State University. Janna and her husband wanted to be on the water and where else better in the Atlanta area than beautiful Lake Lanier! She has lived and raised her children in the same home since 1991 and is very knowledgeable about Lake Lanier real estate.

In 2000, Janna gave her home a 'face lift' when she was the contractor and she remodeled and added on 2,000 square feet. After selling personal commercial investment properties, she saw that this passion for real estate along with a marketing and entrepreneurial background made her a very effective communicator, negotiator and problem solver which are skills necessary for successful real estate agents. Janna gives her clients 100% effort in meeting the goals that are set.

When not focusing on real estate, Janna's hobbies are boating, snow skiing, working out and spending time with her family, friends and fur babies. Additionally, Janna has taught Sunday School, Vacation Bible School,volunteered with High School youth groups, chaired Field Day and been Room/Team mom at her church and children's schools in the Forsyth County area that she loves.
