Grant Ellis

I began this adventure of Grant Ellis Homes after transitioning out of full-time student ministry as the director of Middle School, High School, and College ministries. You might think, ‘How did real estate seem like the next logical step?’. Good question. From about the age of eleven I was grabbing the free real estate magazines at gas stations and reading the classified ads in the newspaper at homes for sale. I had such a fascination for homes, and still do.

I am fueled by making meaningful relationships and giving every client the experience of feeling as if they are my only client. I strive for each client to feel seen in their specific circumstances, whether exciting or difficult, and providing honest communication throughout the process. I take pride in deeply advocating for my clients. My ultimate goal is to meet as strangers and walk away as friends. (But not truly walk away; just sell your home and come hang out).
