Dawn Cromwell

I have been a Georgia resident since 1996, currently residing in Forsyth County with my husband and three children. The Fall of 2020 we moved to Lake Lanier, before that we had lived and raised our family in the same community for the past 21 years. We are blessed to have enjoyed the fabulous Metro Atlanta area and all that it offers, namely the perfect combination of both rural and urban lifestyles. We can spend our days at Lake Lanier with its mountain views and our evenings in downtown Atlanta enjoying fabulous dining and entertainment.
I love what this area has to offer including top quality schools, amenity-filled residential communities, pristine parks, world class shopping, restaurants, theaters, and so much more. My passion is finding the right home that meets not only your needs, but one that complements your lifestyle!
