David Durham, a licensed Texas REALTOR® since 1992, holds both a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Over the years David has won numerous real estate awards from Keller Williams Realty including Total Units Sold, Listing Volume Sold, Closed Volume Sold, Excellence in Training, and Top Ten Individual awards. He also was honored with the prestigious Eagle Award that recognizes the agent exhibiting an exemplary attitude and high level of leadership. Twice he was nominated Realtor of the Year by the Williamson County Association of REALTORS®, and is a five-time winner of the Five Star Award in Texas Monthly. David strongly believes in giving back. He both serves and gives to the real estate community and to the community at large. He has volunteered on numerous committees of the Williamson County Association of REALTOR® and previously been the vice president for them. Twice he has served on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) task force for the Austin Board of REALTOR®. Additionally, he has served on the Agent Leadership Council and has taught many real estate classes. Currently, David is serving as a Habitat for Humanity of Williamson County Board President. Previously, he has served as a United Way of Williamson County board member, the president of the Round Rock Junior Chamber of Commerce, and a member of his church council. He is well known in the real estate community as someone available for advice, coaching, and mentorship. Real Estate is a family business for the Durhams. David’s bride Marianne Mulloy Durham works as the contract to close coordinator behind the scenes for him and another local agent, and together they raise their wonderful son Nathaniel in Round Rock. Personally he enjoys reading, hiking, woodworking, and singing. David and Marianne both believe, “Central Texas an excellent place to live, raise a family, have a business, and enjoy life.” David moved many times while growing up- yet, once moving as an adult after living and creating milestones in one home for eighteen years, it gave him a new empathy for the emotional process of moving.
