David Blanton

David Blanton grew up in Kansas City, KS (Go Chiefs) until he went into the NAVY just after graduation in 1992. After honorable discharge in 1996, David returned home. In November of that year, he married Amanda. In October of 1997, David, Amanda and their first daughter Mikayla relocated to Metropolitan Atlanta.
David is a seasoned veteran in the real estate industry, boasting a career that spans over two decades. His journey began in 1998 when he entered the field as a real estate property appraiser, gaining the status of Certified Residential Property Appraiser.
While honing his skills as an appraiser, David diversified his breadth of experience by delving into various other facets of real estate, including mortgage origination, rental property management, and house flipping. This multifaceted approach not only broadened his expertise but also provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry's nuances.
In 2011, David expanded his horizons by obtaining a Salesperson's license, marking a pivotal moment in his career. From 2012 onwards, he concentrated his efforts on real estate sales, where he excelled and built a successful team under his leadership. His role extended beyond sales as he assumed responsibilities as the TL/CEO of the KW office in Snellville, GA, where he navigated operations and mentored team members.
Following his tenure as a team leader, David redirected his focus towards nurturing the next generation of real estate professionals through teaching and coaching. Leveraging his wealth of experience in appraisal, mortgage origination, property management, house flipping, sales, and team leadership, David offers invaluable insights and guidance to aspiring individuals within the industry.
David Blanton's extensive background and diverse skill set uniquely position him as a trusted authority in the real estate market. Whether it's navigating complex transactions, optimizing investment strategies, or fostering team growth, David's expertise and passion for mentorship make him a sought-after resource for anyone looking to thrive in the dynamic world of real estate.
David has been married for 35 years and is the father of two beautiful daughters, Mikayla and Sophia. Sophie, the youngest, passed on Good Friday in 2022 at the age of 20 after a failed bone marrow transplant.
Other than rooting for the Chiefs, David passes time reading, writing, performing standup comedy, improv, working on his home and tinkering on cars.
