Danielle Joyner

Meet Danielle Joyner of Keller Williams Buckhead. Danielle is a former Jackson, Mississippi area McDonald’s Owner/Operator. A graduate of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, where she received a Master’s of Business Administration in Marketing from the Sybil C. Mobley School of Business and Industry. After graduation from Florida A&M University, Danielle relocated to Jackson, Mississippi to work and learn her family’s McDonald’s restaurant business and then soon after apply to become an approved franchisee. After intense training she earned her first McDonald’s restaurant in 2009. As a culmination to Danielle’s 9 year career as an official McDonald’s Owner/Operator, she was a 2018 recipient of the Mississippi Business Journal’s Top 50 Under 40 “Business Person of the Year” Award for 2018. After selling and exiting the McDonald’s system as an Owner/Operator, Danielle decided to relocate to her favorite city, Atlanta, Georgia to pursue her entrepreneurial passions. Real estate has always been a keen interest of Danielle’s since 2006 when she first earned her real estate license with the state of Florida. She originally began her real estate career with Keller Williams Town and Country in Tallahassee, Florida, drawn to their excellent training programs and tools for new real estate agents. Shortly after graduating from Florida A&M University, she relocated to Jackson, Mississippi and soon obtained a Mississippi real estate license. Armed with knowledge of the Keller Williams system for sales success, Danielle joined Keller Williams Realty of Flowood while working with McDonald’s. As the McDonald’s business became more demanding, Danielle decided to end her real estate career and focus on being a great employer and co-worker as a McDonald’s Owner/Operator. As you can see, both the real estate industry and Keller Williams Realty have always been at her core of Danielle’s entrepreneurial spirit. While training to be a business owner, Danielle developed a passion for volunteering in her local area and beyond. She became a member of The Junior League of Jackson and has served as a Board Member for The Mississippi Food Network and The First Tee of Central Mississippi. Each of her board appointments has been an opportunity to meet others in different business segments not only in Mississippi, but also across the United States. Danielle’s organization and group volunteerism helps her to remember that more giving can be accomplished as a collective rather than attempting to give as an individual. Danielle keeps giving at the front of her mind each day because she truly understands that,” the secret to living is giving”.
