I love Los Angeles! I am born and raised in Pasadena, Ca. I strongly believe my love for Real Estate started as a child, walking to school past a number of architecturally unique homes! On the same block, Pasadena has Mediterranean, Mid Century Modern, Traditional, Craftsman and many other styles in close proximity to one another!
I bought my first house in 2003, in Altadena, and my Realtor®️ France, suggested that I would be a great fit in Real Estate! So I decided to give it a try! I was fortunate to be mentored by France Meindl, a no-nonsense Real Estate pioneer in the San Gabriel Valley. She instilled in me an attentiveness to detail, the importance of understanding every line of the legal contracts within a transaction and the fortitude to successfully negotiate on my client's behalf!
Personally owning two homes, with tenants in one, and working with aging family members to move forward in life has given me invaluable experience as I have both personal and professional experience to offer my clients. My strengths are rooted in many aspects regarding homeownership, contracts, leasing, repairs and moving forward.
My greatest reward is bringing together many personality types within a transaction and creating an environment with clear communication, attention to detail and assertive responsiveness to the time-sensitive nature of Real Estate transactions!
