Hello! My name is Chuma Hicks-Reese, and I am the Chief Executive Officer
of The 80ChumaSpirit Real Estate Group, a real estate dream team of
professionals. I am a Georgia REALTOR®, a member of the Atlanta REALTORS®
Association. I am a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) through the
National Association of REALTORS®. I am also a Certified International Sales
Agent (ISA) through The Real Estate House Academy. I am experienced in
residential and commercial real estate, and I am connected to an international
real estate network to expand my business globally. By helping others enhance
their real estate portfolios abroad, I can currently service Puerto Rico,
Mexico, Ghana, Guyana, Dominican Republic, Panama, Belize, Bahamas, Dubai,
Jamaica, and Costa Rica. With specialization in new construction sales in the
aforementioned international jurisdictions, I can also service the facilitation
of resale properties abroad, as well.

Acquiring my real estate license is one of the best things I have ever done.
My current brokerage is Keller Williams West Atlanta, where I am honored to
belong to a group of successful professionals. My previous brokerage
affiliations were Village Premier Collection in partnership with ΓEA⅃ (Real)
Brokerage Nationwide and HomeSmart.

Although I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, I am proud to say that
Atlanta, Georgia, and the surrounding areas are home. In fact, I reside in
Fayetteville, Georgia, but there are no demographic bounds in Georgia I would
not go when it comes to real estate.

Before I became a REALTOR®, I worked as a dedicated legal assistant and a
high-tech savvy resource center specialist in law firms for 20-plus years.
Experienced in various legal practice groups, most notably litigation and real
estate respectively, my commitment to delivering accurate and timely
administrative support assistance has transcended into my real estate practice,
specifically through my detail to contracts and coordinating transactions.
Previously, as landlord and property manager for the 6898 Smoke Ridge
Collective, I became proficient in overseeing residential leasing and financial
management.

Fortunately, I spent three years being mentored and groomed by Ty Barnes, who is
a results-driven real estate professional with 19 years of expert experience.
Under her guidance, I have gained invaluable insight into the real estate
industry and have developed essential skills that have significantly contributed
to my professional growth. Her nurturing has been instrumental in helping me
navigate the complexities of the industry, from understanding market trends to
mastering negotiation strategies. Having the privilege of witnessing Ty's
expertise firsthand has undoubtedly left a lasting impact on my approach to real
estate.
