Charles Thomas-Squires

Charles Thomas-Squires was born and raised in New York City and moved
to Atlanta, Georgia in 2021. He is a Licensed Realtor in the States of Connecticut
and Georgia, Registered State Appraiser in Georgia, Small Business Owner, and a
trained singer, actor, and writer. Charles comes from a background of 25 Years in the Entertainment and the Hospitality
industries and brings exceptional customer service and authenticity to bear
when working with his Real Estate clients.
Charles Thomas-Squiress's Passion for Real Estate Began at a young age. His
Father was a successful Agent in New York City and instilled in him the importance
of being of service, and the uniqueness and benefits of Real Estate and the Real
Estate Industry. Charles began his Real Estate career in Atlanta, Georgia with
Keller Williams in the First Atlanta market center. As a new agent his client roster
consisted of investors looking to rehab and sell properties in the Atlanta Metro
Area. Charles used his creativity and was able to not only help his clients with
negotiating terms, price, and conditions on properties but also interior designing
, being a project manager for home renovations, and offering valuation
consultations for his client’s investment properties. Charles created a boutique
home renovations company and was able to offer local vendor discounts, Quality
work, and exceptional customer service exclusively to his Real Estate clients.
As a Real Estate professional, it is important for him to share his knowledge,
experiences, and training with his clients. Charles believes in operating from a
place of contribution, honesty, and exceptional customer service. His purpose for
becoming a Realtor was not only to continue his father’s legacy, but to also help
make the dream of homeownership a reality for other, and to help his clients build a legacy of wealth through Real Estate. He hopes to educate ,build long lasting relationships, and offer guidance to his clients throughout the
