I belong to several Multiple Listing Services (Dallas/Ft Worth & Greater Tyler, etc) I average 2 million in sales monthly. I am a Native Texan born in Houston, graduated high school and bachelor degree in Urban Planning and Environmental Science in La Jolla, CA from University of California, San Diego. We moved back home to Texas to raise our daughter, who has several pilot ratings and attends college to earn commercial pilot ratings and bachelor degree. I earned my PPL when I was 17 at Montgomery Airfield and just completed American Sailing Association Captain license for a sailing catamaran. With flying in our hearts, I specialize in Aviation Communities throughout the entire state of Texas, Florida and Arizona. I am a Professor & Coordinator of Real Estate at Tyler Junior College and top 10% production in KW Tyler office teaming with over 250 agents. I previously was a statistician for TJC while taking real estate classes and know this experience lends valuable insight in the real estate industry and market valuations.
