Carl Volle

Carl Volle moved to Gainesville in 1996 after graduating from college. He fell in love with Hall County and the surrounding area after attending Truett McConnell University where he played basketball. He then went on to the University of West Georgia in his hometown of Carrollton, GA where he earned a business degree with a major in Economics.

Carl entered the real estate field in 1997 to become a real estate appraiser and currently holds the highest designation in that field as a Certified General Appraiser. He has been a licensed general contractor and personally bought, sold, and rented hundreds of properties. He has appraised thousands of properties in this area so he knows this market inside and out. He now brings those skills to bear when working with real estate clients.

Carl Volle is an active member in the community and has been on various boards including president of the North Hall Community Education Foundation. He has coached countless numbers of basketball, baseball, and football teams for his daughter and two sons. Carl and his wife reside in Gainesville where they enjoy living and working to make this the best community in Georgia.
