An agent, based at the Cityside office in Smyrna, GA, displays an enormous amount of passion and love for her role, her clients are always overjoyed. Candace graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from York College at the City University of NY, a Graduate Degree in Education/Special Education, and a second Graduate Degree in Educational Leadership, both from Touro College in NY. During her high school and college careers, Candace was a track & field star, who gained national titles (All-American) and contributed to several conference championships. After College, Candace spent 7 years in New York as a teacher with the NYC Board of Education before moving to Atlanta with her family (her husband, Oneil Smiley and her son, Xavier Smiley). Upon her arrival in Atlanta, Candace was hired as a teacher in the Atlanta Public Schools District, where she remained for 6 years and served as a teacher and a track & field coach. Under her leadership of the Girls Track & Field Team, Candace's squad attained several titles, among those are, regional and state champions. Among those accolades, Candace sent several student-athletes off to college on full scholarships. Competitive by nature, Candace continues her life's journey with a real estate career as a full-time agent. There, her spirit of competition, has led her to winning negotiations on both, the sellers' and buyers' behalf. As her genuine spirit leads to many success stories, Candace continues to create happy hearts one client at a time.
