Brittiany “Brit” Royster is a licensed Georgia REALTOR® here to ensure that you are ready at all levels of your real estate transaction. Brit’s mission as a real estate agent with a purpose is to provide the highest level of real estate representation and advocacy for her clients.

As an Atlanta native, Brit has an intimate knowledge of the Atlanta Real Estate market. Brit is an alumna of Howard University. Brit is currently studying real estate law at Georgia State University College of Law. Brit is also a second-generation real estate agent in a third-generation Concrete & Construction family. Brit has experience as a USDA Home Loan Consultant. Frequently referred to as Rural Development Loans, the goal of the USDA Home Loan Program is to help our nation’s smaller, rural/ sub-rural communities thrive by making land and property more affordable. From constructing property to developing property to financing property to buying property to selling property to investing into property, Brit has extensively experienced various aspects of the real estate transaction process. Such experiences has fueled Brit’s passion as a real estate agent and has provided her with a wealth of knowledge that can be leveraged for buyers, sellers, and investors.

Brit became a real estate agent to further the importance of improving the quality of life, building generational wealth, increasing ownership, and increasing investing within her community.

In her free time, Brit is probably either watching a new show, eating good food, playing virtual chess on her phone, fine tuning her bowling skills, or celebrating life. Brit has a natural inquisitive mind and prides herself on being a life learner; therefore, she is resourceful and extensive in research.
