April is both an enthusiastic hard worker and consummate professional. In fact, she’s been joyfully working most of her life. At age 12 she decided to canvas her neighborhood offering to walk dogs for 50 cents. Soon she had a paper route, was selling lemonade and babysitting. As a Girl Scout, April learned the importance of a positive experience by acquiring loyal repeat customers during her annual cookie sales. Her clients were known to refuse cookies from any other child earning April her share of badges as #1 in sales!

It wasn’t until April purchased her second property; she fell in love with the real estate industry and soon after became a Realtor. April offers a personalized touch and is passionate about the goals and needs of her clients. She specializes in bringing peace of mind and a positive attitude to all her interactions. April's exceptional negotiating and marketing skills combined with her strong work ethic and integrity are often rewarded with repeat clients and ongoing referrals. April is experienced with all types of properties: residential, commercial, investment and lease listings – her sweet spot however, is multi-unit investment properties and has been known to work miracles for both sellers and buyers.

Prior to realizing her passion for real estate, April obtained a Bachelor’s of Science Degree from the University of San Francisco and enjoyed a successful career in New York as a professional Journalist, Photographer and Managing Editor in addition to several years in the music and sports industries in various capacities including artist management, marketing, promotions and sales. While living in New York, April seized an opportunity to live in Italy before relocating back to the Greater San Francisco Bay Area and eventually Los Angeles in 2010. Once back in California she worked in the public sector as a Media Relations Liaison to an elected official and has been selected as a city representative in her current and previous neighborhoods to sit on various local councils, committees and boards.

April take’s pleasure in discovering L.A. hot spots and restaurants with friends and family from dives to local favorites. Spending quality time with her Shih Tzu Khaji is top on her list. She takes pride in rescuing and finding homes for displaced doggies, travels when she can get away and enjoys cracking jokes and making others laugh. In addition to her love of animals, April is best known for her ability to easily make friends and build strong lasting relationships with most everyone she encounters.
