Alice Farina

With 19 years as an experienced Realtor Sales Associate who began working with tenants and landlords, her business evolved into assisting first time homebuyers, repeat customers and short sales. She has a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. She has an ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) designation which allows her to work more efficiently and provide a better understanding of the home buying process to her clients. She covers all areas of lower Fairfield County.
A lifelong Stamford resident, Alice has been married for over 50 years, has a son, a daughter-in-law and a granddaughter, who she loves spending time with. She enjoys cooking, gardening and is an avid reader and has given her time to both school and local organizations, such as Long Ridge School serving as President of the board and a member of the Parents Association there and at St. Luke's School. Alice was also a board member for Babe Ruth Baseball and ran many events and trips including a 90 player tournament to Disney World. Along with her husband, Rick, she was co-president for the 16-18 year old Babe Ruth World Series which was hosted in Stamford, CT. Alice graduated from Stamford Catholic High School (now Trinity Catholic) and Merrell's Business School. She also has a degree in Interior Design.
