After 27 years of active duty Air Force life with her husband and children, Lake Travis became “home” in 1995 to Kathie Gabriel, the same year The Gabriel Team was formed. The years have brought a lot of change to the central Texas area. It has continued to grow and simply gets better and better each year.

In August of 2006, Kathie’s son Alan joined the family business. Now in it’s 25th year, The Gabriel Team’s mission continues to be to provide their clients with the best real estate services possible by maintaining their core values of honesty and integrity. They believe that expertise, attention to detail and top-notch customer service via personal relationships and the use of advanced technology is what people deserve from their real estate team – and … the ability to point out where the best place is to get a lakefront margarita has proven to be helpful as well!

Outdoor activities are a big part of the area, and Kathie can often be found running her favorite routes in Austin, especially around Lady Bird Lake on the Hike and Bike Trail or boating with family and friends on area lakes. Outside of Real Estate, Alan can be found exploring the many new venues that often pop up in the Austin area with his wife Amanda and their son, born in 2019.

(OK … sometimes it’s HOT, but mild “winters” make up for the summer heat!).
